First of all, we would like to thank the Investor for visiting the Company’s Website and reviewing our company information through the Website. Through this, we also want to introduce more to the Investor about our company. For the purpose of building more relationships and trust with the Investors.
Golden Lotus is a professional contractor in industrial projects, we always know that a construction project must meet 05 basic requirements throughout the project as well as during the warranty period. That is:
Safety/Safety.
Quality/Quantity.
Financial Capability/Financial Capability.
Progress/Schedule.
Warranty/Warranty.
- Safety: This is the most important content and throughout the process of formation and development of our company through projects. And up to this point, we are very proud of all of our projects that have been and are being constructed, which have met this criterion. There has never been any accident affecting the safety of people, equipment, materials and machinery of the contractor as well as the Investor. That success is thanks to the whole effort of the company’s Board of Directors and all employees who have made efforts, professionalism and strict management of occupational safety in construction.
In the bid, we have shown very clearly and in detail the management processes of occupational safety on the construction site during the construction of the project.
Also would like to introduce more to the Investor, most recently we have constructed a project similar to your project but with a much larger scale. It is the project “GEMADEPT LOGISTICS CENTER” at street 8 – Song Than I Industrial Park – Di An – Binh Duong. Consists of 2 phases:
Phase 1: Warehouse 8,800 m2; Warehouse height is 19.5m. Base load is 5 tons/m2; Investor exploits with 05 racking rows.
Phase 2: Warehouse 24,400m2; Height 22.5. The background load is 7 tons/m2; Investor exploits with 7 racks.
Our role is the general contractor of the above project, the biggest success is that the construction is successful and absolutely safe without any accident on the site even the smallest. We hope to have the opportunity to invite the Investor to visit this project.
Right now, our company is constructing the project “Woodmax Factory” in Dai Dang Industrial Park – Binh Duong. With project scope including:
– Land area: 25,000 m2
– Factory area: 15,092 m2
– The remaining area is auxiliary items, internal roads.
– Total value of the package: 60 billion Vietnam Dong.
This is a project with 100% foreign investment capital. The investor is German. In this project, we always put safety first.
- Quality: This is the core evaluation factor of the entire project. With all projects we have completed, are under warranty or have passed the warranty period, the quality is still guaranteed to satisfy the investor.
- Financial capacity: We always have a large amount of finance stored at the Bank to ensure the construction of the project without having to mobilize any other financial support from outside. In the bid documents, we have listed a number of Contracts of completed projects. And as the Owner has seen, most of the contracts we have completed are worth much more than the value of the Package in this project. This ensures the Investor is completely assured of financial capacity when choosing us as a construction contractor.
- Regarding construction progress: All of the projects we have built have not been behind schedule, but most of them are completed early before the deadline required by the Investor. In particular, there are projects we construct within 80 days. That is the project “DAIKAN Factory” in Amata Industrial Park – Dong Nai. Investor by Japanese corporation DAIKAN. With this project, if participating in the construction of the construction. We are committed to ensuring that the progress meets the requirements of the Investor. And we are willing to commit to a penalty of 0.1% of the Contract value for 1 day of delay.
- Warranty work: We always have a slogan throughout the process of our formation and development. That is “Customer satisfaction is the decisive factor for the development of the company”. And to commit to this. If we are awarded the contract for this project, we are ready to commit during the warranty period, if there is a problem related to the contractor’s warranty liability, within 24 hours from the date the investor notices. . The contractor will cut staff to the site to assess the problem and plan the construction to handle. If after the above time, the contractor is not present to deal with, the Investor has the right to send an outside unit to do that part and all costs the contractor must be responsible for according to the valuation of the Owner.
