Job description:
– Design engineer: Understand the electromechanical system of industrial and civil projects: HV, LV, ELV, CCTV, HVAC, AIR, LPG, fire protection … proficient use of design, calculation and understanding software specify relevant design standards.
– Estimating engineer: Understanding the mechanical and electrical system of the works, the ability to read volume dissection drawings, make estimates and quotes.
– Electromechanical Chief: 3 years, worked in a similar position.
– Field supervision engineer: Experience > 1 year, worked as a site supervisor for construction projects
General requirements:
– Careful, hard working, responsible, can withstand high work pressure, can work overtime, go on business trips when needed.
– More than 1 year of experience in a similar position
– Construction of M&E projects to ensure the requirements of: Progress – Quality – Safety – Efficiency.
– Calculating the quotation volume and completing the bidding documents for M&E projects.
– Supervision of construction quality of works.
– Check and monitor the estimate, construction volume as a basis for acceptance and complete the payment request documents with the investor and subcontractors.
– Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors of the Company and the head of the department.
Professional requirements:
– Graduated from University, College majoring: Industrial Electrical, Electrical – Electronics, Automation, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Water Supply and Sewerage, Refrigeration, …
– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in similar positions
– Experienced in organization, management, and construction of M&E of production factories, office buildings, and commercial centers.
